Modules included; Customer Service, Retail Travel, Business Travel, Tour Operations and Cruise Sector.Also allowed additional qualifications of City and Guilds on Uk and Worldwide Destinations and NVQ in Spanish.While on the course I participated in several arranged group travel events to destinations in the UK such as Thorpe Park and abroad to New York twice.
