  I was a founder Director of Desynit when a group of us decided to form the company in 2000. We felt that by pooling our skills and experience and working with multiple clients through a separate company we could meet our personal and career goals better. Together we have built an enterprise application development team with a strong project and client portfolio and a great culture, based in Bristol.In the early days the common skill we shared was CA PLEX, a market-leading application design and development framework at that time. As technology has moved on so Desynit has identified emerging opportunities, in conjunction with new projects. One major growth area we identified was Salesforce.com. It's been a privilege to help to win new projects on the Salesforce.com and Force.com platform and then play a lead role in delivering them, alongside projects utilising other technologies.
