      This was a mobile MRI position and during this time we served multiple hospitals in various cities. The last 6 years in this job I held the Lead Tech position. In this latter role, I supervised seven technologists and performed yearly reviews; ensured quality day to day patient flow; worked with the radiologists to provide protocol optimization; acted as liaison between radiologist and the technologist; assisted in completion of MDCH/CON papers; composed a training manual; monthly stats; responsible for operations of magnet and working with service; assist physicians with scheduling correct orders, and assisted with equipment purchases. During my last year, I worked with one of our radiologists to develop a Breast MRI program, and was responsible for reviewing and purchasing the new coil and the DynaCad system, as well as arranging all training for the systems. Established ACR Accreditation of our MRI unit and responsible for any changes/revisions/updates and recertification. Developed and implemented an MRI Ordering Guideline Book for the local referring clinics and offices based on the recommended protocols per our radiologist.
