  As a Senior Product Manager at Elsevier, I own the strategy and development for the Pure Award Management Module, a key component of Pure, Elsevier's market leading research information system. My work is dedicated to driving innovation and delivering tangible results that positively impact institutions looking to improve their funding success, manage funder compliance and increase process transparency. In addition to the research funding domain, my remit has recently expanded to also include workflow/process support for Impact and Knowledge Exchange.My core belief is that commercial success is driven by working in active collaboration with customers and by adding functional and commercial value where it matters most. I support go-to-market and sales efforts widely and deliver activities that develop skills and knowledge in the Award/Grant management domain for colleagues in cross functional teams across Elsevier.
