  Project experience(s):-- Construction of MyTown Ikano, Cheras, KL, involving ~9000 tonnes of steelwork for transfer floor level, mall spaces, and M+E levels. 18~30 metres span transfer trusses supporting 4 to 5 stories of loading. Design of steel connections for structural beams.- Steel and timber formwork design for MRT/LRT piers and pilecaps.- Construction of Warehouse on 16 acres land plot at the Port Klang. Truss system of 100-ft span, with combined 15+30 tonnes crane girders.- Iconic staircase structure at W Hotel, KL (@Level 9).- Construction of a boutique hotel, by renovating and adding 6 storeys to the existing 3-storey colonial-era shop lots at Off Jalan Ipoh, KL (without total demolition). Completed with 25' by 80' rooftop swimming pool facility.- Construction of plastics manufacturing factory/warehouse on 11 acres land plot in Nilai.- Multiple RC structural design of architecturally challenging bungalow units in the Klang Valley.- Involved with temporary works design, such as falsework for transfer beam casting, large pilecap casting, steel working platforms, etc. Show less
