      DEALER AND RETAIL STORE MANAGER.• Taking daily inventory of all the stocks within the store.• Invoicing of stocks to dealers at the dealer shop and selling items to customers at the retail outlet.• Monitoring and recording of stock with the use of Bin card (stock card) as well as IFS Application.• Issuance of waybill to dealers for stocks collected.• Resolve all issues and queries from dealers with regards to activations of their products• Facilitate proper training of dealers to update their marketing skills and improve their use of new products.• Distribution of Point of Sales (P.O.S) items to dealers and retailers• Generate daily/weekly sales report.• Ensure efficient and timely reverse logistics for DOA items• Monitor inventory stock level to ensure order fulfillment and replenishment.• Analysis and forecasting of monthly dealer sales using Ms Excel.• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock count to ensure accurate stock level.• Ensure product availability within my territory (i.e. Aba).• Building a strong customer relationship to ensure repeat sales and business referrals.• Solving customers’ issues with the use of Concierge, Tellin, and Ability etc.• Liaise with other department and service centers to ensure that all customers problem are promptly resolved.• Send daily sales report to the management• Confirmation of bank tellers via e-Cash before posting them Show less
