  I'm currently working as the trainer in Marketing & Education department.I do on-boarding process for new colleagues.I have full product knowledge, and I keep myself updated with new resources and materials. I do self-study for new products to know them well enough to train our new joiners (Internally) & also have technical information of products to answer dentists and solve their problems during surgery and prosthetic stages (Externally). Beside Training, I do some activities regarding marketing too. Like holding congresses, seminars, and events A-To-Z. defining external courses for introducing our products in the market to gain more market share and keep what we have. Negotiating booth designers for exhibitions according to existing branding guidelines. I am one of the branding ambassadors in the company. So, I do branding for product catalogs & gifts we are supposed to deliver to our participants. Occasional gifts for colleagues must be branded too, so It's one of the other pleasures I get to have. I also initiated <<Passion-For-Learning>> which is an illustrated newsletter to be sent out to my colleagues every Saturday with brief product information just to refresh their memory, which is really appreciated among them. I have collaboration on market research with our country manager. I'm currently working on our local Tiered base Loyalty Program to be launched in a few months. Show less
