Values Award Winner Insight Canada Feb 2017 I would like to nominate Kasia. She is ALWAYS willing to help when someone needs any sort of help and last night that was me. I was working on a form and needed some help. She was texting me providing any help I needed well after she got home. She even logged in from home to make some changes and add the Insight logo. This is truly above and beyond! Kasia, thank you so much for all you do day in and day out. :-)

Kasia had to transition the old intranet to the new Insight Intranet, manage all the digital campaigns , continue to on-board clients to our e-commerce, help with the new branding and support the Sales rally team. Kasia joined me on Lync and was going to show me step by step how to create them although my browser stopped working and I wasn't able to log onto the Insight Canada website. Kasia created the logins herself and sent me the info to transfer to my clients and then told IT about the problem I was having at which point they contacted me. I find Kasia to be an extremely helpful, quick and willing teammate. She always helps you with a smile and has a great sense of humor. I only wish I had more opportunities to work with her, as the few times I do, every couple of months, are always so pleasant.

In January she was tasked with taking and running the North American sales rally, while driving other events (not her role), taking on the role managing and driving any internal communications and doing what she is responsible for- driving the web (client calls/ merchandizing… Show more Kasia is being nominated for the month of February because she has truly stepped up the last couple of months, since we lost a teammate.
