  Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt responsible for advising the Department's Deputy Performance Improvement Officer/Deputy Program Management Improvement Officer/ Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Performance Improvement (OSPPI), and Lean Six Sigma personnel on all organizational, strategic, and technical issues concerning implementation of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies throughout the Department.Manages complex Lean Six Sigma projects and project portfolios and conducts or oversees Lean Six Sigma events and trainings; responsible for integrating the priorities of the Secretary into all Lean Six Sigma (LSS) efforts throughout the Department. Leads several Treasury-wide communities of practice consisting of lean six sigma practitioners from all Treasury bureaus.Conducts and facilitates workshops to provide a common framework for coordinating the wide range of Lean Six Sigma and other CPI techniques and methodologies.
