I took the position as I have been nominated by the former club president and won by major votes. I faced few challenges during my tenure due to the pandemic because I am quite new to online programs. However, with the proper guidance from my colleagues and advisor, I successfully nailed few online programs and run it smoothly. - In-charge of the opening and closing of the gym for students usage.- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the gymnasium before, during and after usage.- In-charge of the technical issues in regards to the gymnasium. I was part of the SRC team and we worked on various events handling around 2000+ students inside the campus. During my tenure, I have learn quite a bit on how to properly manage an events. Took on few roles such as technical, public relations, and documentation.

      Outreach Program Coordinator

I was part of the organizing committee for the 10th University Scholar Leadership Symposium Service learning Day as a program coordinator. My team and I works to ensure the best experience for the service learning days to all the delegates and UNHCR refugees who attended the program. Major hitch I experienced during the program was the shortage of mineral water provided to the participants as their water consumption is higher than anticipated due to the weather. My team and I had to outsource the supply immediately and even bought few from supermarket. Another problem I encountered was the last minute withdrawal of facilitators from the programme due to personal reasons. This problem was solved by rearranging the person-in-charge and re-delegating the tasks. Thankfully, things were under controlled and went smoothly after that. Show less
