      The Dihydrate Cupric Chloride with additives method for food authentication is a promising approach lacking a deeper scientific understanding.This indicates the importance of the thesis. This work checks factors, namely, the viscosity, the molecular weight and the amount effect of additive on crystal images that reflects the freshness and aging of food. This helps the scientific world to move a step forward on DCC method and focus on other factors which could be a crucial one in the biocrystallization process. Show less
