      Activities and Societies: American Football My undergraduate degree helped me to learn about landscape, design, planting and planning, with the different modules that I studied. Throughout the course I learned how to use various tools to aid design, such as Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, SketchUp and AutoCAD. The variety of modules taken has made me realise what makes a design successful, no matter the scale, and what steps can be taken to ensure this.

With these interests and knowledge, my Design Dissertation was focused around the movement and accessibility in terms of urban design in the town centre of Guildford, Surrey. Car oriented developments have been prioritised in the town centre, causing poor pedestrian and cycle access.The dissertation aims to solve these issues, while also creating a basis or structure for other town centres facing similar issues.
