      Senior Offshore Operations Engineer

      As a Senior Offshore Operations Engineer, I serve as the focal point for the Offshore Operations department in addressing bidding requests from leading energy companies such as ADNOC, Qatar Energy, Aramco, and BP across the Middle East and Caspian regions. My key contributions to the bidding process include:- Developing detailed offshore activity breakdowns and estimating offshore timelines for each installation to create comprehensive T&I schedules;- Visualizing Offshore Vessel Utilization Plans and optimizing vessel allocations to ensure continuous utilization and minimize project costs;- Preparing detailed Vessel Equipment Lists tailored to the requirements of each offshore activity and assigned construction vessel;- Defining Personnel On Board (POB) requirements for each offshore activity and associated construction vessels;- Estimating the required manhours for the Offshore Operations department to ensure effective project execution.
