  National Grange Mutual was my introduction to the insurance business. I started out their manual rating unit figuring insurance premiums for their commerical lines accounts. After 6 months I was promoted to start a new unit called Statistical Coding. Before heading up that unit, I was trained on all of the different lines of insurance that the company wrote. I was supervisor over twenty staff members. Six months later I was promoted to Section Supervisor of the Typing Department. I was responsible for the management of two supervisors and eighteen employees. Show less
