      My role involves me to work together with sales teams and improving their sales productivity via CRM, achieving call planning excellence. The other part of role is to plan and implement a commercial training framework that justifies training value and improving the next training program. I work closely with leaders to understand better their needs and how to help them achieve their strategic goals.Achievements:⦁ Led 46 discovery interviews with business leaders and sales teams across 6 countries to understand their touchpoints and built a CRM central to their day-to-day work. ⦁ Launched CRM in 6 markets: ANZ, SG, MY, HK, TW, TH.⦁ Improved monthly user login frequency to 100% for all markets.⦁ Increased call & plan of action productivity levels by 38% in 7months since CRM launch.⦁ Created a success dashboard where all markets can look at SFE insights to identify gaps for action.⦁ Developed a module in CRM for sales managers to complete their routine coaching with sales reps so that valuable coaching needs are captured to develop future commercial trainings. ⦁ Initiated APAC level activity for sales teams to complete competency questionnaires to review capability gaps. ⦁ Created a store level sales insight dashboard for sales reps that can be accessible in CRM to drive store growth conversations with eye care professionals, additional 1,273 views in 4 months (2023). ⦁ Develop mobile phone app version for CRM increase convenience for submitting calls and access important store information.⦁ Created 7 concise training videos on CRM to exhibit and inspire excellent use case.
