It included a Chrome extension for data extraction and processes such as uploading to SharePoint and logging CRM ticket information, with Airflow integration to enhance system robustness.● Created an LLM-based NLU service from scratch, which increased accuracy by over 7% compared to the previous approach.● Led and contributed to a team to develop a comprehensive backend service for the Catsim test, involving architecture design and translating client requirements into technical diagrams. Implemented dynamic quantization to increase inference speed by 3x and developed a DVC-based model deployment setup for seamless movement from development to staging and production environments.
