  • Achieved excellent data collection coverage using CAP (Computer Assisted Personal Interview) by executing good observational and listening data collection skills which made the organization to gain much insight in diabetes patients in the facility. Successfully used software such as RedCap for questionnaire administration on diabetes and hypertension patients and also analyze patient’s data to paint a clear picture of the patients to the organization. • Presented regular monthly reports on beneficiaries and assisted the team members in configuring internet connection for all communication networks to enable quick data synchronization on the field.
