  Jane Yu joined Deloitte Shanghai in 2006 and is mainly involved in transfer pricing projects. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jane worked in the transfer pricing team of another Big Four firm. Jane has been specialized in transfer pricing since 2002 and she is one of the earliest specialists who specialized in transfer pricing in China. Jane has advised many Fortune 500 MNCs in numerous industries —manufacturing, consumer products, media, high-tech, telecom and financials. She has rich experiences in audit defense, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and service fee remittance. Her projects include: successful minimal audit adjustments for clients across China; negotiation of Chinese Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and mutual agreement procedures (MAPs); service fee remittance transfer pricing study; successful structuring projects; preparation of global master documentation & Chinese transfer pricing documentation; and review of inter-company agreements.Jane is also a frequent speaker on transfer pricing in various tax bureau trainings in Shanghai, Shandong, Yunnan, etc. Jane also published articles in International Tax Review and other famous journals and provided insights in transfer pricing area like toll manufacturing adjustment.
