  In this experience, I contributed to both frontend and backend development. I used technologies like React, TypeScript, and CSS, including CSS Grid and React Material for the interface. On the backend, I created REST APIs with C# in .NET Core with SQL Server databases, implementing the layered pattern in software architecture. Git was used for version control and deployments on Azure App Service. Task and activity management was carried out with Azure DevOps and the SCRUM agile methodology.I led the TramiteX Electronic Headquarters (PQRS Web) project, which was crucial for citizen service and the submission of queries and complaints to three public entities in Colombia. Among my achievements, I stand out for creating customized functionalities that adapted the system to client requirements, as well as developing user-friendly interface components for the user experience.
