  We participated International Formula Student Competition beetwen 12-16 July in 2023. I was Sponsorship Department Head and supporting to powertrain department. My experiences are as follows ;-CAD Part design and analysis-Make sponsorship agreement-Product import process-Get a price quote-Purchase order-Logistic process management-Preparing customs declaration form We participated in the world-wide Formula Student competition held in Italy between 12-18 July in 2022. In the Sponsorship and Foreign Relations Department, where I worked throughout the process, I supported the team with the supply of necessary materials and sponsorships together with my teammates.
