  During my time with Isprava - a luxury real-estate start-up in India that is valued at over 70 million dollars - to improve business efficiency and SOP.A few of the things I achieved during my time here:• Streamlined a google drive storage system for Isprava's new vertical business called Vesta containing over 100 GB of data• Set-up a brand-new communication platform for the Vesta vertical and ensured a smooth transition of 20 employees to the new communication platform to improve operating efficiency by about 53%• Developed 4 SOP templates and form templates to ensure uniformity in business departments thus decreasing confusion which existed• Gave 2 excel workshops for over 50 employees to familiarize them with the new SOPs and to increase their disposable skills• Gained knowledge about difficult management decisions that a new and niche business has to make to create wealth and provide quality services Show less

  As Campus Technology Assistant at Hult International Business School, I assisted the London Campuses Head, extending technical solutions including custom service requests, testing and maintenance through troubleshooting, for all stakeholders involved. Additionally gaining training and experience in managing, maintaining and troubleshooting 8 AV, 3 networking and implementation systems over 6 months.Key Achievements:• Balanced working for 20 hours a week along normal semester load• Learnt and maintained 8 AV and networking systems around the campus• Gained an understanding of networking systems and how to troubleshoot any network errors under time pressure• Managed the Fresh-service support ticketing system for 900 on-campus students and any global support queries• Managed campus tech checks and arranged for repairs and tracked new systems implementation Show less Collaborated with Hult International Business School's corporate marketing and enrollment team by talking to potential students, attending events as ambassadors, and coming up with new strategies to engage potential students.   As the AI Specialist my job is to help drive the capability and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives in a global and academic setting at Hult. I am part of the cross-functional central technology team and have to work closely with stakeholders from various disciplines and departments globally. Providing leadership in the initiation, development, and implementation of AI tools and solutions that align with Hult's AI aspirations, AI policy, and broader institutional goals is at the core of this role. Show less In this added role to my Tech Coordinator responsibilities I worked closely with senior management and the AI Taskforce chair to get Hult's AI vision in motion. I devised a 3 phased action plan where the approach was to collaborate with all stakeholders of the organizations community to not serve AI as a detached experience but more of an integrated idea into everyday activities and processes.To start increasing the 'awareness' within the institution we started with a few global awareness workshops and pilot initiatives.
