  Responsible for managing the day to day operations of a multi-million dollar business unit. Primary Responsibilities included managing multiple Blasting Superintendents & Projects to completion within the Mid Atlantic Construction Market. Started managing small D&B projects and worked into managing large high profile projects. Many projects included management of multiple drill rigs and large blast crews. They also included working closely with the GC to keep projects at a high level of safety and on schedule. These projects would exceed $1,000,000 in revenue. Trained with multiple Blasters in both Quarry & Construction applications. Responsibilities included learning all aspects of managing D&B operations as it related to detonating safe blasts. This included blast design, pattern layout, loading practices, and collecting seismic information. Primary responsibilities included Bore-tracking & Laser Profiling blast holes. This equipment detected deviation as well as verified proper special geometry and burdens.
