  Intern

  I did my internship in the shores of Lake Como, in one of the most esteemed hotels in the area. I worked in the Bar Palazzo where I needed to explain cocktails, serve them and to controll the floor(Sala). I was given responsibilities towards Customer Care, where I needed to use my soft skills to understand and react to client's needs and wishes.

  I host tastings of enigmatic eau-de-vie on a weekly basis. I am in charge of the organization and the execution of the Tastings. I also supervise the Committee's Tasting Assistant. I was given the responsibilites of co-hosting tasting on a weekly-basis. Presenting alcholic spirts, describing and explaining them to the audience is my main chore.
