Jun 2009 - now- Coordinate all activities related to the warehouse operation, including Finished Goods and Spare Parts owned by our main customers IBM, Lenovo and Toshiba, to meet and exceed the service levels and KPI's stated in the contracts signed with our customers.- Monitor the correct execution of the warehouse operation from our logistics suppliers through the Management System Weekly Meetings to review their performance and accomplishment of the targets and provide them all the support and leadership to reach or even exceed the KPI's and service levels.- Coordinate the execution of the physical inventory (wall to wall), rotative inventory counts and physical validations required to ensure that the inventory of finished goods and spare parts are accurate and under full control.- Lead and provide all the support to my team to make sure that the service levels required by our customers are met or exceeded. Show less - Manage and coordinate the logistics processes, including reverse logistics, remanufacturing, demanufacturing, scrap and recycling of IT equipments, complying with ISO 9001 & 14001 Certifications.- Manage all contracts with our suppliers to make sure we meet or exceed the service levels and KPI's required by our customers.- Coordinate and lead all activities related to ISO 9001 and 14001 Certifications, including that the documentation is complete and updated, monitor the performance of our suppliers, training to our employees according to these standards, and the communication is efficient inside the company to comply with ISO standards.- Direct participation with IBM in the project for SAP implementation to manage and control the inventory of IT equipments, from which I was trained in IBM Raleigh (North Carolina) facilities to have a full SAP knowledge for logistics functions, and I trained to our warehouse team to ensure the full control and operation of SAP to meet or exceed servlce levels with IBM.- Direct participation in the process to centralize more than 30 activities related to our Spare Parts line of business with IBM that were controlled and executed in Mechanicsburg (Pennsylvania) to be provided in Mexico City for all Americas, and reach important savings for the company.- Direct participation in a workshop in our Geodis Corporate facilities (Headquarters) in Paris, France with the Reverse Logistics team worldwide (including the teams from France, Germany, USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Spain and Ireland) to design and present the best proposal worldwide to our most important customer to renew our current contract for a long term deal.
