  Configuration Management Engineer

  As a Configuration Management Engineer, I have gained hands-on experience in the Azure Cloud and Networking domain. My responsibilities include configuring and managing Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Virtual network, resource groups, Azure Storage, Azure load balancer and Auto scaling. I possess good knowledge in Log Analytics, Azure Storage and File Share, and I monitor the health and performance of VMs and storage in the Azure portal. I have also created storage accounts, container, File share, and Data transfer using the portal.My experience in managing blob, files, queue, and tables and managing snapshots and Azure backup has proved invaluable. I monitor server utilization and activity logs of Azure and troubleshoot issues while engaging with teams and vendors for issue resolution. Additionally, I have set up service health alerts and billing alerts for all subscriptions and alert for resource health monitoring and monitoring the same.I have also worked on Azure AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) and Service Now tool for ticket management and operation. I monitor and take action on the alerts received from Azure Monitoring system and Task scheduler, which include disk space utilization, LB balancer health probe status, Azure backup, etc. Show less
