  Som ledsagare arbetar jag självständigt med att stödja min brukare fysiskt och psykiskt för att hen skall kunna ta del i samhället. Det är brukarens egna önskemål som ligger i fokus, men det är också viktigt att man behöver jobba med motivationen och ge förslag på aktiviteter. Aktiviteterna ska vara utanför brukarens hem vilket innebär att man rör sig på olika ställen varje gång.
