Within the teams that I worked with, I catered for all abilities, from International/Olympic & Commonwealth Games to University level athletes. I was also the lead nutritionist in developing, strategizing and executing the “Nutrition Bar” at Loughborough University, which involved creating innovative health-focused nutritional products to sell at the University Campus.
