      I worked 2 days a week, alongside my part-time MSc, providing nutrition support to Performance Sports at Loughborough University. Within the teams that I worked with, I catered for all abilities, from International/Olympic & Commonwealth Games to University level athletes. I was also the lead nutritionist in developing, strategizing and executing the “Nutrition Bar” at Loughborough University, which involved creating innovative health-focused nutritional products to sell at the University Campus.       I lead on the delivery of designated products and services within the Association’s evolving wellbeing programme. I coordinate, maintain and moderate the development and delivery of these products/services, whilst championing the continuous improvement and development of them.
