      Manager within Implementation of DII(F), a £6.1bn worldwide IT installation project to the MOD, working with 5 Global companies, involving surveys, data migration and external and internal network access. The network is the largest of its kind, delivering a single network infrastructure to 300,000+ users and over 150,000 devices globally to both fixed and deployed locations, on land as well as afloat. Part of a 5 man team responsible with solving all last minute issues preventing the implementation of the infrastructure to locations. The team was personally responsible with achieving a number of large milestones which kept the delivery of the contract to the scheduled timescales. Single point of contact for all Implementation Security matters for the Programme owing to excellent interpersonal skills and ability to achieve results at short notice Personally responsible for ensuring all mandatory Security Paperwork was completed and the location had been tested in accordance with MOD publications, JSP440, as well as liaising between the MOD Accreditor and the site Implementation staff to ensure that any last minute problems were resolved quickly and had as little impact on the site staff as possible Providing resource re-allocation and technical support, using PRINCE2 methodology, to ensure projects completed within timeframe and budget Analysis of Risks and Issues and subsequent impact on Programme, and subsequent escalation up the Management chain.       Formed part of the Operational Security Team supporting the MoJ Account in all matters of the day to day running of the Account, reacting to and providing solutions to Security Incidents and Vulnerabilities, including GovCerts. Integral part of the Change Management process by providing security review and approval of Change Requests in accordance with advised timescales, where practicable. Similarly, reviewed and approved other account documents (e.g. Data Movement Forms), liaising with other members of the Security Team, and/or the MoJ, where necessary. Compiled Incident Reports to distribute to the customer for any reported Security incidents. Ensured Account Security Clearance compliance such that all personnel booking time to the MoJ Account hold a valid MoJ clearance. Produced and provided a bi-annual report to the Client to confirm compliance as well as on-going confirmatory checks in response to direct enquiries. Assistance given to the Account Managers to ensure compliance in clearance matters including the employment of resources covered under Security Clearance Waivers pending MoJ security clearance being processed, and off-shoring of resources. This included liaison with the Authority and the Client for the approval of Security Clearance Waivers where they are deemed appropriate. Responsible for updating and maintaining the HP MoJ Security intranet pages and IL3 sharepoint site ensuring all information is up to date.Performed site accreditation visits with the MoJ Accreditor as part of the ongoing site accreditation lifecycle.
