  I was in a technical position for filling and manufacturing liquid pharmaceutical product in a class 100A sterile clean room. I was responsible for maintaining and operating the equipment in each room i was positioned in for that week.We worked closely with the security department to ensure that alll product was accounted for, and with the Quality Assurance department to ensure that the product was pure and untainted.   I worked for Forest Labs in their PR&D department in Hauppauge, Ny. We primarily shipped double blind studies. We worked with Security and Quality Assurance to make sure all the product was shipped in sealed containers, and that no product was removed from their packaging.One of our primary goals was to ensure the validity and security of each double blind study shipped. This was accomplished by subjecting each package to a battery of tests including checking the packaging for defects, ensuring the seal tape was intact, and processing it through the X-Ray machine to make sure product was inside of the proper containers.
