  Reporting to Director of Operations.The Support Function Controls - Preparation production, Chilled/ambient, Frozen & Dry storage, the supply of all materials required for the production of all products manufactured at this site on site & Dispatch of finished goods in a high speed ever change environment Consisting of 4 Dispatch/warehouse teams (4 on 4 off), 2 Preparation teams, 2 Crust controlling teams(Follow production shift Patterns) Main areas of Responsibility, >Managing and sending out weekly KPI reports for the department, Setting monthly/yearly targets, (achieved and improved on every year since 2009)>Driving a Continuous improvement culture for all 3 areas Controlling waste, downtime & performance losses through Lean techniques with required corrective and improvement actions, Understanding and contributing to Production OEE >Attending relevant production meetings, Weekly Managers meetings (actions for KPI, Lean improvements & drivers etc). NPD, HACCAP & PMO Meetings>Maintaining stock levels materials, weekly & end of month stock takes. Using Chep Management recovery for pallet supply to Deeside and 2 other sites with in the business, liaising with transport contractors, 3PL Companies such as TDG DSL etc, to deliver and receive materials>Managing all FLT Maintenance, Safety & training across the site (including other departments).>Quality Levels (GMP, Health & Safety, Annual Audit’s – EFSIS, BRC & ISO 9000, Customer Audits - J Sainsbury Morrison etc, Internal audits) > Strong communication skills, liaising with customers & suppliers, outside contractors, liaising with other sites within the company, controlling logistical operations, delivery schedules.
