      Leading 4 Life program is through Care Providers. I was fortunate to have applied to be apart of a small group of young professionals working in the AL field. We meet once a month and discuss different leadership topics. We have two projects we have to complete upon graduation. First project is an individual project. We must develop a project that will show our leadership skills to our community in hopes that the community will continue the project that was developed for staff.
