I developed a tool to visualize RNA-Seq data from multiple experiments. With multidimensional linked data techniques, it now allows researchers to identify gene expression patterns.

  After my internship at ERIBA, I continued working on the Strand-Seq data visualization tool as a Research Assistant. I refined the tool, addressing bugs and adding new features. As a graduate student at ERIBA, I spearheaded single-cell sequencing research, developing a tool to visualize and analyze Strand-Seq data. Strand-Seq enabled the identification of inherited template strands and provided insights into genetic mechanisms. I built a platform to streamline the visualization and analysis of extensive Strand-Seq data. At ERIBA, I gained expertise in single-cell sequencing technology, software development, data visualization, and bioinformatics.

  Since 2019, Particularized has allowed me to freelance in software development, mainly focused on e-health.I've worked on visualizing wearable data for patients recovering from hip replacements, researching an online information platform for parents of premature babies, and testing smart home solutions for elderly individuals with early-stage dementia.I'm also expanding into live VJ performances and developing creative, audio-responsive visuals for party venues.
