      One of the pioneer personnel to set up Singapore office, manage Multi-National FMCG Account's packaging design, rendering and mockup projects and establish new leads for Singapore market. My responsibilities entail managing a team of Account Executives to engage the clients, managing overseas' production and design projects, scouting for new business leads, as well as building good rapport with existing clients, among other things. Besides handling sales, majority of my time is also spent managing the creative projects' schedules, and discussing for the most ideal creative solutions for the clients instead of just being a Yes-Man.Working in a diverse environment with the need for me to converse in Japanese, English, Chinese and even Cantonese, made opportunities to learn how to best communicate with clients and suppliers from different parts of the world. My daily work schedule required me to converse in Japanese with the design team based in Japan, and toggle between English and Chinese for local suppliers.Managing of time is important for me in this role as I strive to take advantage of the time lag between Japan, Singapore and Thailand offices.I also bring my previous experiences and know-how to this current position and develop new business opportunities for the company. This will entail leading, advising, teaching other team members the necessary skills and knowledge too. For example, I spear-headed a TVCM production in Thailand in 2013, for a company with no prior experience in this field. I pooled resources from Japan and Thailand to make it work. I also conduct lectures to work peers to train them on expanding their wavelength in terms of conceptualization to meet competition's standards (like advertising agencies).Being one of the few members in the company speaking Japanese, English, my role came with mounting responsibilities that spanned across Singapore, Japan and Thailand.
