  As a Teaching Assistant I grade papers and proctor exams. I am responsible for conducting open labs while teaching fundamental programing concepts. I also hold office hours to further assist students as well as suggest changes to the class curriculum. In this position I create lesson plans and review sessions for an intro to programming class. I also give in-person lectures and code demonstrations as well as administer exams. In this role I assist students with Microsoft office products and teach them problem solving strategies to improve their software skills.
