Our strategic approach combined with hard and soft skills ensured or teams targeted the critical aspects: • Carbon, Energy, and Water: GBSPM prioritized efficient resource utilization on site and in the operational stages, minimizing environmental impact. • Supply Chain and Waste Streams: We meticulously measured and recorded supply chain activities, waste management, and material usage. Including waste, energy and water during programme.• Consultation and Design Reviews: Workshops, site visits and sharing of knowledge to improved aspirations and delivery aligned with carbon, energy, social and sustainability goals.• Transport and access: auditing and where possible, improving locations against local community provision, transport links and accessibility to active travel were audited and where possible, improved. As principle and leader, I ensured an open and inclusive environment was enabled, inspiring strong team building, management of relationships, marketing, and business delivery of the company.
