Delivery of all IT services including mainframe (4000 + MIPS), system programming, distributed systems (1200 + images), computer operations (32 million transactions & 30,000 batch jobs daily) and network operations operating within an ITIL framework. •Chaired corporate committee to develop standards for hosting Internet facing applications, network design (LAN &WAN), and acceptable use policies. •Developed standardization that addressed security requirements, architecture, performance, ITIL process, and monitoring. Achieved substantial operational cost savings, a more secure environment and enhanced availability & performance.•Managed the initiative to standardize the tools being utilized across Fiserv’s 17 major datacenters.•Managed network management consolidation project, created service standards, selected support systems, inventoried and consolidated 1400 + locations.
