Witnessed all the stages of a product lifecycle starting from finding a PMF to creating a MVP to launching the first cohort to iterating multiple times to scaling. While I was involved in everything related to successful launch of the product, noting down a few below: Business Development (B2B): The demand side of the product involved onboarding B2B partners on to the platform.
