      Enrollment1. Consistent management of Enrollment goals, projections, and yields in effectively managing the organizations enrollment via the Enrollment Dashboard. 2. Support each campus’s efforts at maintaining longitudinal enrollment databases and issuing a comprehensive semi-annual enrollment report;3. Provide hands-on support to school directors in meeting their enrollment goals;4. Serve as the liaison for LEAD Public Schools and Metro Nashville Public Schools in ensuring accurate and efficient enrollment practices, policies, and compliance. (Including, but not limited to PowerSchool, EIS, and DataWarehouse)5. Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports on enrollment activity, initiatives, and progress toward annual goals;6. Attend MNPS hosted Enrollment meetings to ensure consistency and compliance. Community Relations 1. Develop and implement consistent LPS policies, protocols, and documents to support the planning and delivery of a range of successful parent, community, and stakeholder activities;2. Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports on family and community engagement projects, initiatives, and progress toward annual goals;3. Work collaboratively with the staff of each campus, to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute effective family engagement programs, projects, and services;4. Provide the necessary outreach and engagement to successfully support our expansion to other Nashville communities through new start-up campuses. 5. Maintain a presence on social media sites and train campus level individuals approved to work directly with our social media outlets. 6. Ensure each campus administers timely parent and family surveys and preparing a compilation of data and related recommendations based on the survey results;7.       The Tennessee Student Recruitment & Growth Manager is a full-time exempt position on Rocketship’s Tennessee Growth and Community Engagement Team. With the support and guidance of the Regional Director, this role is responsible for leading new family recruitment efforts for all Rocketship schools in Nashville, serving as a primary liaison with community stakeholders, and coordinating with Office Managers in the recruitment, retention, and engagement of our students and families.This position directly manages hourly Student Recruitment staff in executing recruitment strategies, including canvassing and directly engaging with families. Family Recruiters must execute their responsibilities with passion, professionalism and a high degree of customer service. This position is critical to regional efforts to build political trust and currency within the city by partnering effectively with families, community organizations, faith-based institutions, private sector institutions, and civic leaders as key collaborators and stakeholders in closing the achievement gap. This hands-on, regional role is part of a small but dynamic and entrepreneurial team, and the Manager must be prepared to both strategize at the community and school level, and implement plans, seeing them to completion.This position works closely with a group of Nashville Area Office Managers, with a focus on accountability, team building, and development/support through influence (rather than management).
