  During Harvest season, I would help my father and grandfather at the family farm with anything they needed. I would do tasks such as heavy lifting, maintenance work on farm equipment or on the farmland, clean farm equipment, drive tractor (tillage work), and I also would do mowing on a mower or tractor for bigger and smaller properties owned by the farm. Been helping on the family farm every fall since 2014, when I got my driving permit.

  Started out in August 2016 as a host. Built my way up to being the main host and won the "Host with the Most" award after working at the restaurant for 3 months. I also would help out in the kitchen when needed and help out servers when needed during busy times at the restaurant. Stopped working consistently around August 2017, but would occasionally help out if my other job (Auto Express) allowed.Started serving in May of 2019 and left in January of 2021. I interact with customers frequently, whether they are my customers or others around the restaurant, serve food and beverages to customers, and also just help around the restaurant whenever I have down time or just whenever we need the help. Being a server at Walts Other Pub, you have to learn how to multitask, manage time and money, and be able to fulfill customers needs so they can have the best service possible. Show less

  Service Assistant | Reconditioning

  May 2017-May 2018: Reconditioned new (used) vehicles that came onto the lot at Auto Express so we could sell them. Did interior detailing, exterior detailing, would drive various vehicles to various locations, and also did a variety of jobs around the car lot (Mowing, cleaning and organizing the lot, etc). Got asked to train new employees that were hired on to the detail department four months into the job. Was considered a team leader on the staff and was handed more responsibilities than most employees.May 2020-August 2020: Came back as a Part time detailer. Got promoted to work Front Desk in the Sales building along with helping out the detail department. While working Front Desk, I would help customers out, answer the phone, and assist employees in the sales building. December 2020-July 2021: Got asked to come back to work in the Service department. Asked to do various tasks such as fill out specs on new vehicles coming in, computer work for the service department, and also help in the sublet/porter department, delivering cars to locations all around Lafayette/Indy area and picking up parts and supplies for vehicles and the business.   Head Coach for the McCutcheon Youth Baseball League 14U Travel team. My main responsibilities was working with financials, communicating with players and parents daily, and preparing my players for high school baseball and high school in general. I would be in charge of communicating with tournament directors, the other high school coaches on player reports/progress, and helping them grow into mature, prepared leaders in high school. High School JV Assistant Coach. I mainly worked with pitchers, but I also assisted in all aspects of the game of baseball with the head coach. Main objective of coaching was not only to coach skills of baseball to my players, but also prepare these players to be leaders in the classroom, field, and real-world.

  As an Operations Manager, you work closely with the General Manager on running the store, making it a 50/50 split. You get involved more with hiring, work more on financials for the store, handle terminations, and also get involved with more maintenance tasks such as CPM (Conveyor Preventative Maintenance). Along with these tasks, I also will be more involved with making schedules and just the overall operations of the store. Started off this promotion at location 26 in Lafayette, IN. December 3rd, 2023, I was then transferred to location 54, South Lafayette, IN. Show less As a Assistant Manager, my job is to work close aside with the Operations and General manager to ensure maintenance tasks and operations outside of production are complete. Also get more responsibilities being a Assistant Manager such as getting detergents in range, schedules, Vidmar stocking and receiving, training, interviews, and even more constructive feedback opportunities for the team. As a AM, you also get to further troubleshoot anything that could be wrong with the operations of the store compared to a Shift manager. You get to work more with electricity as well such as checking relays, breakers, fuses, and VFD’s since you get electricity certified as part of the training. Show less Promoted on October 28th, 2022 to Shift Manager at the Hamilton Town Center location in Noblesville, IN.As a Shift Manager, you are in charge of money handling for the store in general, making sure all the auditing paper work is complete each night, carwash maintenance, training new employees, providing constructive feedback to associates, completing daily, weekly and period tasks, and troubleshoot anything that isn’t consistent with operations of the carwash or production. Another task is building team engagement and individual engagement to get the associates to perform to the best of their abilities. I run a shift and make sure I put aces in their places and get tasks done to successfully operate the business on a daily basis. Moved to Lafayette, IN to start off 2023. Starting off as a Shift Manager, doing the same tasks that I was doing in Noblesville as a Shift Manager. Show less Promoted to Team Leader in March of 2022. With this position, you get more responsibilities such as vacuum and carwash maintenance, train new employees, and give constructive feedback to current employees. With being a team leader, you also get to assist with manager tasks. I would also assist with the interior clean tunnel as well by helping in all aspects of their job, especially when short handed.
