      I was awarded the UF Graduate School Fellowship in 2011 and joined CIMAR (The Center for Intelligent Machines and Robotics) as a student of Dr. Carl Crane.My research focused on the development and implementation of novel behavior recognition algorithms for robotics in both simulation and hardware. Utilizing ROS (the Robot Operating System) and the open source multi-robot simulator, Gazebo, to test algorithms and then implement them on various physical platforms.
