  - Based in Mexico, managed a multi year offshore geophysical operation in the Gulf of Mexico for PEMEX - project worth around 210 M$. - Transferred to Mexico to manage the operation and improve moral, safety and crew performance. At end of the survey, crew performance increased by 35% in production and the crew managed to get over 4,000,000 men hours without LTI for which I received a Safety award of excellence.

  - Managing offshore geophysical projects and supervising crew performance (P&L, HSE and operational figures) in US, Azerbaijan, Australia, Malaysia, Brunei. - Actively involved in tendering for offshore & transition projects (scout, operational strategy, timeline, design review, cost work up, subcontractor & vessel charterer quotes, technical proposal).- Managed a very complex shallow water/transition project in Baku Bay (Azerbaijan) for BP from tender phase to its completion, including a very challenging mobilization of 18 small vessels from US and Asia.   - Delivering Subsea Offshore Surveys in deep water 1000-3000m using ROVs for several O&G majors (Shell, Chevron, Petrobras, Equinor) in the US, Angola and Brazil. - Accountable for the P&L of multi-millions dollars contracts (25- 50 M$)- After several month of idleness, remobilized a crew during the covid-19 pandemic and completed a 5 months acquisition project (48M$) in Brazil (Equinor) within the forecasted timeline. - Successfully transitioned the crew to its new contract with Petrobras during the acquisition of the Seabed Geosolutions OBN business by PXGeo.- Managing Seabed Geosolutions Survey vessel (Hugin Explorer) Show less
