  Directed programs and implemented financial employment planning duties at multiple sites for this non-profit corporation that operates in 46 Wisconsin counties helping low-income adults and youth begin their careers. My most significant work was accomplishing an organizational turn-around that led one of the most poorly run offices to be one of the top teams of the organization in just one year.
