  Initially employed with Goldcorp in a planning/project support role, I was promoted to Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent in October of 2009 and more recently Mobile Maintenance Superintendent in November of 2011. Over this time I have provided technical support for all surface and hoist operations and have been directly responsible for all mechanical maintenance activities of a large multi-complex underground hard rock mining operation.

  North American lead responsible for developing and delivering mobile data management solutions. My team and I work with all Canada and US operating sites to support digital transformation; a shift from the use of paper and stationary communication & CMMS tools to real-time mobile device applications. With a strong emphasis on change management we support operations in adopting new technologies and adapting to digitally enhanced workflows. Working with the Potash Business Unit Asset Interity Team and all Postash sites on initiatives intended to improve performance and deliver value across the organisation. The initiatives for which I am lead are: - To develop and implement a set of mobility tools for paperless maintenance work identification and execution. - To evaluate mobile equipment health across the business & prioritize, spec and procure assets. Responsible for the execution of surface maintenance activities at the Mosaic Esterhazy K1 site.
