Deployed to many countries around the world as a producer/supervisor on the Chinook including Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan with UK and Allied Special Forces.

  I worked on the Propulsion Team in Harrier Maintenance Flight and was involved in many Lean activities to enhance the Harrier Pulse Line before transferring to run the busy Training Coordination Cell for Depth personnel (all aircraft engineers not employed on flying squadrons). Afterwards I was a Continuous Improvement/Lean facilitator for Joint Force Harrier Quality & Continuous Improvement Team and was also detached to run an iHub to assist the migration of e-data to DII (Defence Information Infrastructure).   Having served for nearly 30 years in the RAF I started working at Waddington providing in-service support to the MoD on Sentry E3-D AWACS aircraft CFM56-2A engines. I am now supporting Lessor customers in Ireland and UK in addition to airlines based in Iceland and the Faroe Islands.
