  Oversaw and coached five program managers and coordinators and 20 teachers to facilitate weekly hands-on, inquiry-based science and engineering after school programs at 14 different schools throughout the Bay Area. Managed after school program scale-up that brought Techbridge to two new metro areas. Built partnerships with over 40 science, engineering, and technology companies and university departments including Google, Microsoft, AutoDesk, & UC Berkeley. Managed science, engineering, and technology after-school program for girls in grades 5 - 12 at 18 sites in the Bay Area. Supervised and supported four program coordinators and one program manager to lead weekly science and engineering programs. Ran annual program evaluation.

  Led a region of eight innovation-based summer camp programs with the mission of empowering kids to design and create a better world. My role also included directly supervising and training a team of eight camp directors who hired, onboarded, and trained a team of over 200 staff members throughout the Bay Area.
