      This role gave me a great insight into the food industry and allowed me to engage in numerous activities from product concept to product launch.- Experience in customer specification for Starbucks, Pret and Costa; factory outline specifications for third party manufacturing sites across the UK and ensuring ingredient specifications from suppliers are updated and legally compliant with BRC Global Standards- Managed and coordinated shelf life testing, depot panels, internal taste panels and water activity- documenting in technical data systems- Completed and maintained customer QCP reference sheets for developed products, ensured all process control sheets, recipes and methods were accurately recorded and updated throughout the development process - Produced all sample submission forms for customers- including nutritionals- Interdepartmental communication to obtain timely and accurate information into meaningful information- product specification, sample submission forms and outline specifications- Attendance at all initial internal “show and tell” meetings, all subsequent trials within the test kitchen and NPL discussions- Conducted competitor benchmarking, analysing new trends, competition in the market and documenting results for customers Show less
