  In my research, I use lean manufacturing with a value stream mapping tool to identify and reduce waste in the process of warehousing non-simplicity raw materials, especially sugar.The result of my thesis, there are over processing and motion waste that occured during the process of warehousing sugar raw materials. The value of Process Cycle Efficiency increased by 30% from 63% to 93% and 32% from 59% to 91%.
