      -Handling and maintaining an industrial sized vinyl printer. Ensuring that it was prepared daily to run at optimum levels to be able to produce mass amounts of printed vinyl that would then be installed on vehicles as advertising "wrappers".-Working with the installation team to help to explain how the separate pieces fit together to be wrapped to the vehicles, and the preparation for having that process completed successfully.-Assisting the installation team with the install process as needed.-Aiding the graphic design team in the design of the vinyl layouts so that the designs were laid out in a way that would best save product during the printing process.       • Monitor all student testing to ensure minimal abhorrent behavior from students within their specific session of testing. Work closely with proctors for live testing sites still working with WGU, and ensuring their security policies meet ours, while ensuring onsite proctoring center is held to the rigid standard.• Ensuring Program security for all of Western Governors University, by designing in depth security protocols, posing as a secret shopper for our selected vendors, and monitoring all systems and channels for breach of content, credentials, or other proprietary information.• Work on Assessment Authenticity with a team of peers to ensure that our assessments within WGU are not breached, are pulled immediately if they are breached, and working with the legal department to determine wither a DMCA should go out to the host site.• Working to design an in house version of performance assessment delivery system, that would replace our current provider, we fondly refer to it as the dream machine. Working with other objective assessment vendor delivery providers, to ensure their policies and statistics, match WGU’s guidelines.• Continue to be an ambassador for Assessment/Program Development in order to develop best practices for assessment security procedures, policies, and processes using data analysis as well as communicating with multiple stakeholders in assessments, setting up the OA Webcrawler, and maintaining the originality database for current high stakes assessments. Show less -Responsible for coordinating and managing assessment publication projects through to completion. Publication of new assessments, ensuring that quality is met down to the item level of objective and performance based assessments prior to ever being published to students.-Assessment maintenance and analysis of existing exams and how those exams are performing for students. Work to correct any problems within the assessments such as misalignment due to newer learning resources, planned improvements to enhance tests, student feedback, etc.-Psychometric analysis of assessment data on a granular level. Looking at everything from test level data, to competency and objective level data, all the way to item level statistical data, to analyze and make decisions on how best to repair or modify a test so that it performs in the best possible out come for student experience. Certain data types include Cronbachs Alpha, Point-biserial Coefficient, P and R value data, Angoff theory, along with other testing development and maintenance data analyses. -Special projects coordination and implementation. The maintenance department at WGU was often tasked with large scale urgent projects that take special priority over most other projects. They are often student facing and motivated by executive leadership towards being completed quickly and efficiently. Coordination with required stakeholders to resolve these special projects urgently is frequently undertaken. Show less -Setup and maintained relationships with thousands of testing sites worldwide. These testing sites are remote proctoring sites that assist WGU's students in taking needed assessments toward degree completion.-Delivered high stakes assessments to students at testing sites, across multiple webcam based delivery platforms such as Kryterion/Webassessor and ProctorU, as well as through specialized proctoring sessions through Adobe conference rooms, etc.-Handling and ensuring that all testing sites were paid for their services, as well as any students that required reimbursements were reimbursed. This required physically mailing checks to thousands of proctors, until the process became more refined in being able to pay the bulk of them through a an internally built payment system, credit card, or online service such as Pay Pal. -Managed a state of the art proctoring center offering broad proctoring services for our internally housed and maintained exams, as well as 3rd party vendor assessments (AHIMA, Certiport, Pearson Vue, Prometric, EC Council, SMEI, ATI, Action Selling, etc.). WGU's testing center is a Pearson Vue certified testing center, which held the requirement of obtaining certification as a Pearson Vue Certified Test Administrator.-As an inbound student support center, student/customer service was a necessity in providing quality student support and assistance with exam set up, requirements of testing sessions, and other general support information associated to anything that had to do with Assessment Delivery.-Special projects coordination and implementation. As a veteran of the Delivery department at WGU I was often tasked with large scale urgent projects that took special priority over most other projects. -Though never officially recognized as a team lead or assistant manager, the extended time with Delivery created a role where peers came to me for support and assistance in resolving issues that they were tasked with.
