      In my role as the TSC, I led/managed a team of 5 that made up our service unit. The technicians on the team ranged from tier 1 to tier 3 support. Each day I monitored and reported on our ticket flow and ran daily meetings to keep our team in the loop. Along with helping the team handle the incoming work, I assisted my team by coordinating remote and onsite work with our clients. This team also handles a lot of projects and I served as a bridge between our project managers and our technicians, sometimes filling the role as the project manager and other times filling the role as the technician. I spent time with our new hires to help them with their onboarding to the team; assisting with learning our culture, systems, and processes/procedures. Show less I worked on a helpdesk in a tier 2 position. We supported many different industries and provide end to end IT services; everything from Networks to Servers (Mostly Windows server), Applications, Workstations, Backups, Antivirus and for some clients, more. I worked on the helpdesk, but I also worked on our project team. Depending on the project, there are times where I just handled tech related work, and others where I managed the whole project and all of it's communication with the clients. I also adopted the role of being an Employee trainer for our new employees. As we were a fast-growing team, I will typically spent many hours with each new employee assisted with learning our internal processes and procedures, as well as helping them to get to know our clients through shadowing.       As a Technology Alignment Administrator, I work directly with clients to make sure their business’s technology needs are being properly supported by our team. It’s my duty to make sure that any technology processes are properly documented, policies are enforced, and to support our team with creating and implementing full solutions to higher level issues, as opposed to just fixing something that’s broken. Here are some key activities I fulfill to be able to succeed in this mission:-Organize frequent client meetings to closely monitor current service activity / projects.-Conduct regular audits to ensure that our clients are meeting security and compliance standards.-Create and maintain documentation that pertains to our clients technology procedures.-Collaborate with vCIO’s to help plan technology strategies for our clients.-Manage new client onboarding projects with the goal of learning and documenting all of the client’s technology. This includes all of their critical IT processes and systems. Doing this empowers our service team to properly support the needs of their business, while enabling our strategy team to build a roadmap for future improvements.-Analyze metrics from our support tickets to uncover gaps/inefficiencies, and create an implementation strategy to solve any higher level issues.
