My work involves researching, developing and applying state-of-art machine learning techniques (Deep learning for example) and Artificial Intelligence (Reinforcement Learning), mainly for imaging/computer vision related problems. I work independently, as well as in cooperation with multicultural teams. I actively publish novel work in conferences and journals. Did my masters thesis related to deep learning for fault detection in medical images. My thesis was supervised by Prof. Simo Särkkä. The thesis was graded 5/5 for independent research and novel work. Thesis has been nominated for Master’s Thesis Award of Life Science Technologies programme for the year 2018-2019.
